I didn't think I would be able to complete the Colon Cleanse, but I did and was well rewarded with the results!! I also enjoyed the Abundance after I had completed the cleanse and was almost jumping out of my skin!

I felt so energised and light and about a third of the way through all I kept thinking about was what I was going to eat when I finished and all I could think of was vegetables and fruit.The colon cleanse is great and makes you feel just so light afterwards!

This is definatly a MUST DO! If not seasonly at LEAST twice a year. Good to have around just incase you happen to Induldge, just a little bit ;-) It's like drinking waterdowned blended oats, Add Honey. I personly lost about 15 pounds. More than that, I just felt better and healthier overall. I felt like I literally emptied out years of Junk, it was such a releif to Know that this junk was out of my body. What I like best is that the Clay, in the cleanse, pulled out the toxic chemicals from my system, from years of build up of pollutants and heavy metals. What's cool (or gross) is that you can actually see all the stuff that leaves your body incased in the fiberous rope-like substance. Bye-Bye parasites!! :) It is now a part of my routine House Cleaning, when the time calls...

I have been blessed to have come across good products in my life from a continous search of 10years to improve my health, strength and general happiness. The colon cleanse hit the nail on the head. When I felt it move junk out of my body in a way that 5 day water fast, zeolite, sound therapy, massage and all the other healing techniques didnt do, I soon realized it has inteligence and power in it.
I used to think before doing this my body was something I had to work hard at. Now after doing a colon cleanse a second time with eating the abundance I finally see how our bodies are a temple. Now my body feel like one I want to now treat it this way. It's a shame I had to do it the hard way.
I am a personal trainer and see the world differently. By simple making my body more clear or less toxic I literally have more strength, I'm more relaxed which helps with my flexiblity and I realist I can bulid muscle with less effort.
It is the truth to me know after experiencing that if I serve my house that Im living with love (sometimes it seems painful) that house can be an athelete, friend, teacher and many more things.
I teach body mind connection and functional strength to many people and I require lots of patience for seeing grow. I feel I was the student with this one.
